i made a few changes to the recipe. i used skim milk, not whole, and i used non-fat sour cream. I also sprayed the scones with pam and sprinkled sugar on them. I also had to leave out the lemon zest as i was making them with my brother, k$, and he would not eat them if he saw me use lemon zest. for a pastry dough it was easy. the folding and shaping of the dough did take some patience but it is well worth it.
they are so yummy and even good stright out of the refridigerator with my coffee!
